CostGuru, Georgios, is a real-world engineer with over 25 years of experience managing large-scale projects worth millions of euros, guiding them from conception to completion across both the private and public sectors. He specializes in developing five-star hotels, luxury villas, and modern office spaces.
Georgios earned his degree in Civil Engineering from NTUA in Athens and holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from UPM ETSAM in Madrid, complemented by PMP certification. He possesses substantial expertise working with leading firms such as AKTOR, TERNA, and AVAX, as well as numerous private investors and international corporations.
